Returns
NATAUSSIE offers 14 days refund & exchange on all products that are unused. Unfortunately we won’t be able to refund or exchange after 14 days of purchase. To process your return or exchange please email us at hello@nataussie.com and provide a copy of your order confirmation. Once we process your return, your funds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days as long as the item is in perfect condition; this includes all packaging. Please note the cost of shipping the item back to Nataussie is a cost to you.
PRODUCT REPLACEMENTS
If your product is faulty or damaged prior to the arrival of your delivery, we'll replace your order for free - this will be decided on a case by case review. If you think your product is faulty and would like an exchange, our team will review your request.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
If you place an order with incorrect contact details, please email hello@nataussie.com within 1 hour of your purchase. If the order has already been shipped, we'll try our best to update your shipping information by contacting the courier on your behalf but we cannot guarantee address updates.
